We are looking for cleaners who are passionate about providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial properties, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness.

You are responsible for managing your time accordingly to the cleans you have scheduled for the day. You will have the option to accept or decline cleaning assignments, we want our cleaners to WANT to do a good job for our clients. That starts with giving you OPTIONS!

We offer our cleaners a choice between an hourly rate of $20/h to $30/h starting, or a fixed rate per job, whichever you'd prefer. Our cleaners are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits such as paid time off, tickets to events, and more.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required

-Must have your own vehicle (public transit, Uber's, etc. are not acceptable due to having to bring cleaning equipment to each job)

-Must be able to pass a background check every 6 months

-Must have good time management & customer service skills

-Must show up ON TIME to the scheduled in-person interview to be considered. (Late without communicating or no-show will disqualify you from future consideration.)

We are officially looking for a full-time manager who is committed to ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality cleaning services. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and supplies, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.

The manager position is a full-time, salaried position, with a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and more.

While this position is full-time salaried, you will have the freedom to plan your own day and when you’re not needed by the cleaners or clients you are welcome to go about your own business until you’re needed as long as you are diligent when things come up!
